However, because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or shared.

Exceptions & Technical Issues We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will honor refund requests under the following strict conditions:

Corrupted or Defective Files: If a digital file is corrupted, non-functional, or contains a broken link, please contact us at support@launchpaddigital.shop within 14 days of purchase. Our technical team will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file. If we cannot deliver a working file, a full refund will be issued.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice in the same transaction or within a 24-hour window, please notify us, and we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks and Disputes We ask that you contact our customer support team directly to resolve any technical issues before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment gateway. Unauthorized dispute filings disrupt our standing with our payment processor, and we prefer to resolve all customer concerns quickly and amicably via email.
