Digital Products & Intellectual Property License All digital assets, Canva templates, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Sheets schedules available on this store are the intellectual property of LaunchPadDigital.shop. When you purchase a product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal professional business use only.

You agree that you will not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share these digital files with third parties, competitive marketplaces, or public forums. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You promptly agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

3. Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways powered by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card numbers. By completing a transaction, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

4. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
